FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: electric motor has two salient-pole stators and rotor. Stators are installed coaxially with rotor and with axial clearance relative to each other. Moreover, stators are displaced relative to each other tangentially through half of pole division. Each pole of stators is divided into two parts by through radial-axial clearance. Adjacent parts of different poles are connected by yokes from outside and by pole pieces from side. Pole pieces are press-moulded from ferromagnetic powder, their axial size is equal to sum of lengths of both stators and value of axial clearance between them. EFFECT: enlarged operating reliability and capabilities. 2 dwg
