FIELD: orthopedics and rehabilitation surgery. SUBSTANCE: method involves ablating the tendon of rear tibial muscle and long foot toe flexor, bringing them to front surface of crus through tunnel in interosseal membrane and through subcutaneous tunnel along front surface of crus and foot, fixing the tendon of rear tibial muscle to base of one of metatarsus bones, fixing the tendon of long toe flexor to tendons of I toe long flexor and to those of II-V toe long flexors, severing the outer part of Achilles tendon at the calcanean tuber with outer head of gastrocnemius, shifting and fixing it to the tendons of peroneal muscles in the position of maximum abduction and pronation of foot, connecting the peripheral end of the tendon of II-V toe flexor to tendon of I toe long flexor. EFFECT: restored possibility of active abduction and pronation of foot.
