FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method for health enhancement and development of physical capabilities of bicyclers includes strengthening of locomotor apparatus ligaments, removal of functional blocks in the cervical, lumbar spine, fascial massage (FM) in the sequence described in the claims. During FM, the revealed painful muscular compaction in the muscles are simultaneously eliminated. The upper retainer of the foot extensor tendons is strengthened by FM with full plantar foot flexion. At a maximum foot extensor muscle contraction, upper retainer of the foot extensor tendons is strengthened by FM in the direction from the lateral surface of the calcaneus to the medial ankle through the rear ankle joint and navicular bones, first - with full foot flexion, and then at maximum extensor muscle contraction. The lower and upper retainers of the peroneal muscles tendons are strengthened by FM along the posterior part of the lateral ankle and the lateral surface of the calcaneus, first with relaxed peroneal muscles, then at their maximum contraction. FM of the retainer of the tibial triceps muscle tibia tendon is performed transversely to the longitudinal axis of the Achilles tendon. After the FM, distal tibiofibular syndesmosis ligaments are mobilized by fixing the foot in the heel area by hand, thumbs are used to repeatedly move the outer ankle laterally and posteriorly till the feeling of barrier. Then the fibula head ligaments are mobilized by moving the head in the sagittal plane. Further periosteal massage of the attachment zone of the lower limbs muscle tendons, subject to sharp and intensive loading. The musculotendinous apparatus of intervertebral joints thoracolumbar, lumbar spine and sacroiliac joints is strengthened by exercises at a training bicycle or bicycle ergometer by placing the ischium part of the athlete's buttocks on wide part of the saddle with vertical location of the trunk without hands resting on the steering wheel. When the right cardan is offset forward and down, the right hand with the shoulder girdle is synchronously diverted maximally back, when the cardan is pulled upwards, the right hand is pulled forward, and when the right hand is diverted back, the left hand is moved forward as much as possible.

EFFECT: method provides "pelvis-spine" system stability by strengthening ligaments of facet joints, sacroiliac joints, uniformity of their joint cracks, physiological lordosis of lumbar localization, biomechanics normalization in thoracolumbar and lumbar spine.
