FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has case, vacuum pump and systems for supplying liquid and discharging gas and liquid. The vacuum pump is made of a hose wound on a drum which is set on the driving reverse shaft. The other end of the drum is secured in the case. The tor, which is separated from the hose with a space filled with liquid, is mounted within the case.
