FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing, vacuum pump, and systems for supplying liquid and discharging liquid and gas. The vacuum pump is constructed as three hoses. One ends of the hoses are wound on the driving reverse drum using a rope. The other ends are secured in the second chamber. A drum is also mounted inside the second chamber. The two other hoses are secured in the first and third chambers having local constrictions, the torus-like housing being constructed as three chambers. The space of the first chamber is in communication with the systems for supplying and discharging liquid. The space of the second chamber is filled with a fluid. The space of the second chamber is in communication with the system for discharging gas through a valve. The first and second chambers are in communication with mentioned system through pipes.
