FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has case, vacuum pump and systems for supplying liquid and discharging liquid and gas. The vacuum pump is made of a hose additional case and tore. The hose is secured in the first case from one side and on the additional case from the other one. A driving reverse drum, whereon a belt is wound, is received in the second case. The tor is arranged on the belt. The first case is in communication with the second one through a pipe provided with a heater. The tank filled with liquid is in communication with spaces formed with the hose and first case through openings. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
