SUBSTANCE: installation comprises a chamber with cover, a blank-rotating mechanism, a group of plasma generators mounted on a rod, mechanisms for shifting and vibrating said plasma generators. It also comprises a carrier capable of interacting with the rod of plasma generator shifting mechanism by means of shackle secured on bushing of said shifting mechanism. Said shackle is capable of sliding over the rod within the plasma generator vibration amplitude. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
