Chamber is linked mechanically with spring mechanism 8 and pedal 9. Cover 10 with a system of slots for delivery of UHF-energy comprises waveguide transition 11, magnetron 12 connected electrically with supply unit 13, fan 14 and washing process control unit 7. Pipeline 15 connects chamber 1 with water inlet valve 16. Machine has filters 17 whose inside cavity is filled with ferroepoxide 18 and the outer one, with fluoroplastic film 19.
