FIELD: mining engineering. SUBSTANCE: excavator boom has a gear rack extending throughout its length. Rock-breaking working tool has the form of rotor accommodated in housing. Rotor shaft has at least one rigidly secured gear wheel meshing with the boom rack. Working tool housing is open towards the dump and is equipped with hopper for seeding material with batching device and its control mechanism, water-distributing system, scraper, brackets with roller and housing turning limiters. Working tool reciprocating along the boom loosens the layer of rock with cutters of rotating rotor, sows said layer with seeds of grasses or trees, moistens the rock, levels it out and compacts the dump slopes.
