FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: device for materials handling in mine workings includes cappings of supporting mechanism with hoist located between working support members. Hoist has cylinder with load and guide blocks through which flexible member with load catching appliance is roved. Hoist is provided with telescopic body which consists of hollow cross-bar with holder accommodating cylinder rod with guide block. Hoist body at ends is hinged to supporting mechanism cappings. Supporting mechanism is made in form of pair of articulated to each other supporting units. EFFECT: extended field of application for workings with different types of support and cross-section shape, reduced labor input in transportation and preparation of device for operation, increased load-carrying capacity and provision of spatial stability of device and higher operate reliability. 2 cl, 11 dwg
