FIELD: mechanization means of scalloping mine workings and rock loading in repair and driving of mine workings. SUBSTANCE: scalloping machine includes frame with caterpillar carriages and machine movement drive; turning column provided with vertical hinge and installed on frame; boom with hoisting hydraulic jack hinged with turning column; spacer hinged between boom and bucket provided with hydraulic hammers; hydraulic cylinder for turning of spacer with bucket in vertical plane and hinged to bottom; hydraulic cylinders for bucket turning in horizontal plane and hinged between bucket and spacer, and hydraulic cylinder rod. Telescopic boom has base box-shaped section and movable section of the same shape accommodated inside. External surface of extension hydraulic cylinder body is made in the form of guide for motion of movable section. Tail part of extension hydraulic cylinder body is hinged with eye of base section. Head part of extension hydraulic cylinder is located inside support rigidly connected with base section. Movable section has box with a clearance. Box embraces external surface of extension hydraulic cylinder body for longitudinal movement over hydraulic cylinder body. Head part of movable section has eye with oval hole through which movable section is hinged with rod of extension hydraulic cylinder.
