FIELD: medicine and biology. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying 0.01-0.03 ml drops of basal and stimulated material to object glass, placing a covering glass on each drop, drying them at t = 35-38 C for 3-6 h and scrutinizing them in polarized light. Should optically-active dendritic inclusions be found in preparations, this points to duodenogastral reflux. EFFECT: method increases accuracy of diagnosing duodenogastral reflux. 6 dwg
