FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: enhanced accuracy of measurement of the radio signal phase is provided by means of excluding the influence of the change of the radio signal mean value on the result of determination of the radio signal phase. Series connected third integrator 7, first scaling unit 8, first summator 3, third scaling unit 4 and first subtracter 5 are introduced between the output of first multiplier 1 and the first input of ratio calculator 17. Series connected fourth integrator 12, second scaling unit 13, second summator 14, sixth scaling unit 19 and second subtracter 16 are introduced between the output of second multiplier 10 and the second input of ratio calculator 17. The second output of the first summator is connected with another input of second subtracter 16 through fourth scaling unit 9; the second output of second summator 14 is connected with another input of first subtracter 3 through fifth scaling unit 15. The second inputs of third 7 and fourth 12 integrators are connected to the synchronization input of the device through series connected delay former 20 and strobe former 21. The output of ratio calculator 17 is connected to the input of arc tangent calculator 18. EFFECT: effective evaluation of the phase of high frequency oscillation of complex form with a small number of periods of high frequency oscillation in a pulse. 2 dwg
