FIELD: TV engineering. SUBSTANCE: TV adaptive coordinate meter has photoelectric converter 1, videoamplifier 2, analog-to-digital converter 3, multiplier 4, reference signal former 5, sync generator 6, local sweep signal former 7, two channels 8 and 9 for measurement coordinate along X and Y axes. Each channel has counter 10, discriminator 11 with normalization, scaling unit 12, adder 13, digital integrator 14, shift register 15, unit 15 for computing parameters of extrapolation, digital-to-analog converter 17, unit 18 of AND gates, "record-reject" signal former 19, corrector 20 and extrapolation increment differential signal former 21. Device also has contrast measuring unit 22 and weight functions signal former 23. Improved precision of measurement is achieved by means of adaptive or program correction which eliminates breaks in tracking in case if TV coordinate meter is used in tracking system.
