FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: device has a drying chamber, conveyor in the chamber, grape loading and unloading units, microwave-generators with a system of input of microwave energy to the drying chamber, and a drying agent supply system. The latter has fans, a heater, and air conduits open to the top and bottom parts of the drying chamber in a manner to ensure the drying agent reverse. The microwave energy supply system is directly connected to the air conduits very close to their joint to the drying chamber, and the air conduits have funnel-shaped openings at their joints with the drying chamber. The funnel-shaped opening are perpendicular with the conveyor plane. EFFECT: higher efficiency; higher product quality. 1 dwg
