FIELD: cardboard drying technology. SUBSTANCE: cardboard placed in drying chamber is heated by microwave radiation and by hot air to temperature of 70-90 C. Air is forced into chamber through microwave oscillator cooling devices; part of this air is discharge outside after passing through chamber, other part of air is heated and is returned to chamber where it is mixed with air of air cooling devices of microwave oscillators; temperature of this mixture is within ±20 C relative to temperature of cardboard; then cardboard is kept in heated state, after which its moisture content is measured; drying is stopped after final moisture content is obtained. Device for drying cardboard has metal chamber with door, microwave oscillators and radiators mounted in holes of side walls of chamber with apertures inside. Each oscillator is provided with air cooling devices. Cardboard drying device is provided with thermometers for measuring temperature of air and cardboard, psychrometer, device for determination of cardboard moisture content, air duct with calorifier and fan and stack for cardboard located on truck. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 9 cl, 4 dwg
