FIELD: cardial surgery. SUBSTANCE: valve has elastic envelope fixed onto catheter, space of the envelope connected with cavity of the catheter through a hole. Closed envelope embraces the catheter. The envelope has increased thickness at its end to reduce traumas forming. Cross-section area of unthickened part of the envelope is equal no more than 45% of cross-section area of thickened part of the envelope. The envelope is made in form of ellipsoid and may be made to be flattened out. Valve has additionally links fixator and links themselves fastened to the catheter. Some part of any link is outside the catheter and is connected with cavity of the catheter through side hole made in body of the catheter. Links are connected with some ends together. Part of the link which is disposed outside the catheter is connected with central through hole. EFFECT: improved safety; improved efficiency of operations. 5 cl, 22 dwg
