FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: artificial aortic valve with fluoroscopic properties for orthotopic placement of an artificial valve in the human aortic hole contains a supporting frame having a distal end, a proximal end and three adjacent rows of hexagonal cells. Each hexagonal cell has straight and v-shaped beam elements. The upper row takes up 50-55% of the total length of the supporting frame. The valve is made with the possibility of showing, in a compressed state, when visualizing with fluoroscopy, four dark stripes formed in the result of higher density of the supporting frame material and three light stripes formed in the result of lower density of the material of the compressed supporting frame of straight beam elements. Light and dark stripes alternate with each other along the length of the supporting frame. The second dark stripe of four dark stripes from the distal end of the supporting frame is split in half with a plane of aortic ring when placing the artificial valve in the orthotopic position of the human aorta. The alternative options of valve implementation and options of a method for positioning the artificial aortic valve in the human stenotic aortic hole are disclosed.

EFFECT: technical result is minimization of protrusion into the left ventricle and obstruction of the coronary artery mouths.
