FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the medical equipment. Set of a heart valve bioprosthesis with a geometric configuration that allows its implantation into the valve ring of a natural heart valve, comprises a tubular component having at its opposite ends an inlet and an outlet opening and being an expandable stent comprising a plurality of interconnected elements having a compressed and expanded configuration and being teeth, which are expanded in the expanded configuration from the outer side surface of the stent, wherein the tubular component is formed with a diameter continuously increasing along its length, so that the inlet has a smaller diameter in comparison with the outlet opening. Biocompatible material is attached to the inner annular region between the inlet and outlet openings. Valve is formed by leaflets that are capable of sealing the edges of the blood-tightly closed blood flow. Peripheral ends of the leaflets together form a sealed seal along the inner surface of the valve prosthesis between the inlet and outlet openings.
EFFECT: providing a valve structure that can be delivered by catheter devices.
