Fatty acid has a general formula RICOOH where RI - hydrocarbon group with 5-23 carbon atoms while monoesterified dicarboxylic acid has a general formula where RII - aliphatic hydrocarbon group with 7-21 carbon atoms; RIII - hydrocarbon residue with 2-6 carbon atoms; A - alkyleneoxy-group consisting of alkylene oxide with 2-4 carbon atoms, the weight ratio between monoesterified dicarboxylic acid and the total amount of fatty acid ranges from 1: 15 to 9:1; A may be represented by oxyethylene group; RIII is a -CH=CH- group or -C6H4- phenyl group; monocarboxylic acid contains acyl group with 10-18 carbon atoms; the weight ratio between monoesterified dicarboxylic acid and monocarboxylic acid varies from 1:7 to 6: 1.
