FIELD: metal forming. SUBSTANCE: method of making panels comprises steps of assembling sheet blanks to a pack, mutually joining them by welding according to a predetermined pattern, and also joining them with reinforcing members, placing between envelopes, heating up to a superductility temperature and forming by feeding pressure between the sheets of a filler till formation of panel cells by these sheets and by the reinforcing members. The filler is being assembled of four sheets at sustaining their total thickness. Inner sheets are being mutually joined by welding, outer sheets are being pressed to the inner sheets, for example by vacuumizing the space between them. A diameter of s center of a welded joint of the inner sheets of the filler is being selected, equal to a thickness of a rib of the panel. EFFECT: enhanced quality of panels. 2 cl, 2 dwg
