FIELD: aircraft industry and mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacturing filler having a set of separate packs composed of two sheets; locating packs between lining sheets in such a way that the plane of registration of pack sheets is disposed at an angle of α other than pn, where n is 0.1.2. with respect to tangent to surface of at least one lining sheet. Assembled pack is expanded in the mode of superplasticity till cavities are formed. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 8 dwg
