FIELD: plastic metal working and welding; manufacture of complex shaped cellular structures of panel type. SUBSTANCE: method comes to connection of filler sheets according to definite pattern by welding, assembling filler sheets with outer sheets into packet, sealing assembly over contour with installation of gas feed pipeline, heating sheet blanks to superductility temperature and forming by delivering working medium under pressure according to preset schedule first between outer sheets and filler sheets and then between filler sheets to form rigidity ribs with subsequent diffusion welding of contacting surfaces. After forming of outer sheets, pipeline through which working medium is let out of space between outer sheets and filler sheets is closed, and working medium is delivered into spaces between filler sheets to form rigidity ribs. Working medium delivery pressure is corrected with due account of change in pressure in space between outer sheets and filler sheets. EFFECT: improved quality of cellular panels. 1 dwg
