FIELD: transportation of blanks. SUBSTANCE: device has frame 2 which has rigidly secured guide stops 7 for load and hold-down members. Frame has upright 9 rigidly secured in its center. Hold-down members installed on upright 9 engage with upper outer surfaces of load. Hold down members are installed for axial travel and locking in required position. They are made in form of circular different-diameter holders 16 and 22 with flexible members 17 and 24 secured over perimeter. Adjustable circular support 20 is installed on upright for engagement with inner surface of larger diameter holder. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of fastening. 4 dwg
