FIELD: food processing industry. SUBSTANCE: device uses a hermetically sealed washing chamber with a perforated partition in the bottom part and a gas-filled flexible shell with a perforated centering member placed between the partition and chamber bottom. The washing chamber bottom has a central hole, a bellows is installed inside the centering member concentrically with it, the lower end of the bellows is fixed in the bottom central hole. A plate connected with a vibrator through a rod is hermetically secured on the bellows, and an external hole with a hermetically sealed gate is made in the side wall washing chamber at the level of the perforated partition. Vibrations of the bellows and plate make it possible to obtain vibrating turbulization of liquid and intensive process of wash cleaning of root crops and tuber crops in the fixed washing chamber, provision of a hole with a gate allows them to be easily and quickly discharged from the chambers.
