FIELD: ship raising jobs. SUBSTANCE: device has frame with bow-shaped members 6 articulated with each other and with lever 5 which carry pontoons 16, strength container 11 with thruster, electrolysis plant and compressors for charging the pontoons with gases. Provision is made for sea water electrolysis system between the hull of the vessel being raised and the bottom to reduce the sucking effect. Additional locking of grips in their lower portion is aslo provided with the aid of pyrodrive. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 dwg
