FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: pontoons are secured to sunken ship to control its buoyancy. Sunk vessel is surfaced by concentrated force to impart a positive buoyancy. Prior to fitting pontoons in place, sunk vessel is cleaned of mud by hydraulic process. Pontoons are filled with gas mix released from underwater seams containing gas hydrates. Pulp composed of water-gas mix formed at extraction of gas mix from underwater seams is forced into hydraulic nozzles.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and safety of lifting.
