FIELD: hoisting and transportation equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has a hoisting and lowering table and a feeding conveyer mounted on the position of the packet formation. It also has vertical poles equipped with turning rests for the article keeping and a vehicle made in the form of carriages on which the poles are fixed. The device is equipped with a second hoisting and lowering table and a diverting conveyer mounted on the position of breaking up the packets. The second hoisting and lowering table is equipped with a spring-loaded pusher, and every pole has a spring-loaded rest. The rest can interact with the pusher. In so doing the disk pusher fixed on the rest upper end interacts with the tilted surfaces of the turning rests which turn upwards the lower article is loosed. The tilted surfaces face the inner side of the pole. The turning rests rotate downwards under the action of the gravitational force.
