FIELD: load-hoisting practice. SUBSTANCE: cantilevered crosspiece comprises a mechanism for attaching it to hoisting hook, a horizontal frame balanced relative to said mechanism and provided with sheaves. Reeved over said sheaves is a cable one end of which is connected to a counterweight secured on a pendulum while the other end is connected to a slinging hook. The pendulum is mounted on a vertical axle passing through the point where crosspiece is suspended from the hoisting hook. The counterweight has a vertical through groove for the cable, said groove passing through the center of counterweight masses. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 2 dwg
