SUBSTANCE: in the described system a delivery piston pump exercises the controlled sucking of the gas-vapor mixture into the tube for vapor restitution which goes up to the near bottom part of the reservoir of the plant for fuel charging which is located under the ground. The tube is equipped with a check valve disposed along the flow relative to the indicated forcing piston pump. The system also has a special electric circuit which ensures the indicated controlled sucking exercised according to the number of the charged fuel, to the temperature difference of the reservoir located under the ground and the gas-vapor mixture returned to the reservoir and especially to the density of the indicated mixture which determines the extent of its danger of explosion.
