FIELD: fuel stations. SUBSTANCE: gun 6 is inserted into neck of tank to be filled and fuel pump is switched on. Fuel 3 is sucked through pipe 4. With tank being filled, fuel vapor-air mixture is sucked along channel 7 and is evacuated from tank. Under action of variable-speed pump 10 this mixture passes through flame trap 8 and pipe 9 and is delivered to bottom of underground reservoir 2 through filter 12, valve 13, flame trap 14 and outlet pipe 15. Then mixture is delivered into pipe 16 with porous surface, passes through pores of pipe material and gets in form of fine bubbles 17 into fuel contained in reservoir.
