FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the product includes benzoylurea derivatives of the formula 1 in which R₁-H is H, halogen; each of R₂ and R₃ is H. C₁-C₄-alkyl , -C(O)(C₁-C₈)-alkyl, -SO₂(C₁-C₄)-alkyl , or R₂ and R₃ together with the adjacent nitrogen atom may form a piperidine or morpholine ring; R₄-halogen, (C₁-C₄)-alkyl, Cf₃ , (C₁-C₄)-alkoxy, NO₂, R₅-halogen , or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. Reagent 1: a benxamide derivative. Reagent 2: pyrimidazonyloxyphenyl isocyanate. Reaction conditions: boiling in toluene for 4 hr. The resulting compounds are optionally converted into salts.
