FIELD: auxiliary equipment for hydraulic systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed governor is designed to keep flow rate of liquid supplied to users constant despite changes of pressure in supply and discharge hydraulic lines. Liquid flow governor has body with inlet and outlet ducts and mobile spring- loaded controlling element. The latter divides internal space of body into three parts. These parts intercommunicate with the aid of two throttles ( setting value of flow rate and controlled automatically ) installed in sequence. Controlling element comes in the form of membrane drive. Edges of membrane are seized between flanges of body. Center of membrane is freely put on rod to form controlling element of non-return valve jointly with disk of mobile controlling element. EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities of liquid flow governor enabling hydraulic resistance of flow circuit in case of return flow of liquid to be decreased. 4 dwg _
