FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: rotatable insertion, disk and resistance to breath regulator are fixed in align in case provided with mouthpiece. Insertion is made with spherical external surface and mounted in landing jack of the case for rotation about axis being perpendicular to longitudinal axis of the case. Regulator is made in form of a valve, spring-loaded relatively the disk; the regulator has locking member in form of external side surface of hollow truncated cone. Response saddle surface is made in cavity of the insertion. Smaller base of truncated cone is directed to mouthpiece, edge of the mouthpiece has to be a saddle for locking member. Regulator and locking member are fixed to one end of the rod, the other end of the rod is mounted movable in central hole of the disk which is attached to cavity of the insertion by means of threaded connection.
