FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has resistance to breath regulator, rotatable insertion which has spherical external surface and disk with rigidly fixed valve and through holes; all units are mounted in align in the case. Regulator is made in form of hollow cylinder and conjugated with insertion along conical landing surface formed by conical working part and response saddle-shaped surface of the insertion. Regulator is fixed inside cavity of the insertion by means of threaded connection. Landing jack for spherical surface of the insertion is made in case. Insertion itself is mounted in case for rotation about axis being perpendicular to longitudinal axis of the case. Disk is attached to the end of the cylinder at its working part.
