FIELD: respiratory equipment. SUBSTANCE: hypoxicator has mask, carbon dioxide absorber, and breathing bag which are communicated one with the other to define single inhalation-expiration channel. Carbon dioxide absorber has two filters with antiviral and antibacterial members, with absorbent positioned between them. Breathing bag is connected to carbon dioxide absorber through quick-release connector. Atmospheric air intaking control through openings are made in carbon dioxide absorber wall, between lower filter and quick-release connector. Total area of control opening effective section is 0.05-0.5 of minimum area of effective section for providing communication between carbon dioxide absorber and breathing bag. Hypoxicator is used for creating hypoxia in human's or animal's organism for prophylactic, curative and rehabilitation purposes. EFFECT: simplified construction and wider operational capabilities. 4 cl, 2 dwg
