FIELD: materials handling equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has hopper with vent tubes fitted above. Vent tubes communicate with starting section of transportation pipeline. Hopper has more than one charging holes, each provided with branch dipped in space of pipeline starting section at distance equal to 0.3-1 of diameter of branch; cross section of branch is 2-3 times less than pipeline cross section which ensures against clogging of pipeline even when fan is switched off. When hopper is being charged, suction fan is switched on and dust-loaded air passes through vent tubes arranged at both sides of hopper and gets into transportation pipeline along which it gets, together with loose material, into silo.
