FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: this particular device relates to microbiological industry and is intended for classification of granulated materials for example nutrient yeast according to size of constituent particles. Device has following components: body, grate with two sloping surfaces which is located inside body with formation of passages transferring into material ducts for oversize product, hopper for collection of undersize product which is located below grate, cyclone connected with aspiration system, facility for delivery of primary product, pressure-operated pneumatic transportation system, collectors for separated products. Facility for delivery of primary product is made in the form of additional cyclone with tangential feeding pipe connection which is coupled with pressure-operated pneumatic transportation system. Pipe connections intended for removing oversize product and dust with air of additional cyclone are hermetically connected by their outlet ends to body of device respectively above top and above working surface of grate with two sloping sides. Feeding pipe connection of additional cyclone is of diameter which is larger than diameter of pressure-operated pipeline of pneumatic transportation system. Grate with two sloping sides is made of T-shape members with upper part of trapezoidal cross-section. Device is provided with silo storage which is hermetically connected with device body through material ducts of oversize product. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 3 dwg
