FIELD: industrial transport. SUBSTANCE: device has cross-member installed on gantry and furnished with drive to more it vertically. Cross-member has longitudinal and lateral compensators and auger-type working member formed by auger with cutters on blades and power housing half-embracing the working member. Power housing has replaceable knives in lower part for treating the load. Power housing is installed for engagement with shock absorbers to provide flexible movement of auger-type working member longitudinally relative to cross-member which carries a switch connected to drive circuit of maneuvering device. Height of installation of housing knives relative to flat car floor is adjusted by changing height of telescopic posts with skids resting on flat car floor.
