FIELD: food engineering, in particular, equipment used in public catering enterprises. SUBSTANCE: automatic macaroni press has dough hopper with detachable working members formed as mixer, pressing auger and pressing chamber with macaroni die. Drive and transmission serve to transmit motions to working tools through drive shafts connected with them. Shafts are positioned in hermetically sealed bearing supports fixed on hopper wall. Auger and die diameter ratio is within the range of 0.5-1. Supports are additionally supplied with combined radial and end sealing member which is spaced from sealing place in hopper wall. End sealing member pressure force may be adjusted. Buffer receptacle between both sealing members in cavities of supports is provided with through channels for discharge of dough components from hopper.
