FIELD: biotechnology, medicine. SUBSTANCE: strain is prepared by prolonged mass selection (262 cycles) to increase metastatic potential and accelerate metastasis rate formation on the basis of rhabdomyosarcoma strain showing affinity for PA-2. Strain is passaged in white mongrel rats by intravenous administration of single cells suspension after 17-19 days. Strain shows high metastatic activity, rapid formation and growth of pulmonary metastasis, the presence of marker protein p58-receptor of cell surface which is necessary for realization of tumor cell capability to metastasis.
