FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: for melanoma B16 lymphatic and hematogenous metastasis simulation, nonlinear white rats are used. 2 weeks after spleen removal suspension of murine melnoma B16 tumour cells in saline is implanted under the anterior abdominal wall skin, in a volume of 0.1 ml and at dilution of 1:10. Six months after inoculation, lymphatic and hematogenous melanoma distribution pathway with morphologically confirmed metastatic lesions of internal organs is recorded.
EFFECT: method ensures simulation accuracy, is economical and simple to implement.
