FIELD: ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method consists in tapping unreduced metal from steel-making unit, adding manganese-containing alloy into the casting ladle in the course of heat tapping and alloying 85 to 90 percent of volume of casting moulds with aluminium in the course of filling with metal. Silicomanganese, Grade CMH17, is introduced as manganese-containing alloy at a ratio of 3.0 to 3.4 kg/t of steel, after which titanium is introduced whose consumption is determined from the expression given in the formula. After heat tapping, metal is blown with neutral gas and if necessary, activity of oxygen is corrected maintaining it within (3,5 - 5,5)·10-3· vр, where vр is rate of casting, m/min. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 tbl
