FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: method includes melting, heating of metal, metal yield into steel ladle, deoxidation of metal in steel ladle, additive of materials, out-furnace treatment, finishing of metal by chemical compound, framing of dross, blowing of metal by argon and its casting. After yielding of metal from furnace it is implemented total removing of oxidised dross, out-furnace treatment of steel is implemented at installation furnace-ladle, it is defined sulfur content in steel, oxidation and temperature of metal by intake to out-furnace treatment, and treatment under high-basis dross is implemented during period depending on difference in sulfur content by intake to out-furnace treatment and required before return for casting, %, oxidation of metal, temperature of metal by intake to -furnace treatment, °C, coefficients, received experimentally.

EFFECT: required level of mechanical properties and content of non-metallics.
