FIELD: ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method for making non-aging steel includes tapping of nondeoxidized metal from steel making unit, addition to ladle of ferromanganese, ferrotitanium (0.30-0.45 kg per ton of steel) blowing the metal with neutral gas after melt tapping, measurement of oxygen activity and addition of aluminum in the amount exceeding its stoichiometric ratio with oxygen by 15-25%. In so doing, consumption of titanium and added aluminum into ingot mold is maintained in ratio of 1:(1.5-2). EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
