FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: dispersed material and carbon - containing material are charged in immiscible layers at a rate of load of the charge gasified oxygen (Osh) on carbon (C) within Osh/ C = 1.44...1.57, 2/3 of the coal mass being placed below and 1/3 above the layer of dispersed material; the gaseous reaction products are brought out on the side of the charging zone, burnt up for supply of fuel admixtures, and the obtained high-temperature complete combustion products are brought in the hollow walls of the working chamber on the side of charging and brought out on the side of discharging. The plant for application of metal coating of dispersed material has a two-deck oven, with the containers return chamber positioned on the lower deck, and the working chamber - on the upper deck. The walls of the working chamber are made as hollow semi-cylinders with gas inlets and outlets. Platforms for return of containers adjoin the ends of the upper and lower decks that carry pushers with a step equal to the container length, and a receiving bin with a device for removal of metallized plates is connected to the end of the working chamber.
