FIELD: textile-finishing manufacture. SUBSTANCE: composition has, g/l: hydrogen peroxide 2.3-2.7; sodium hydroxide 1.3-1.7; preparation syntaf-794 on the basis of ditriethanolamine salts of monoalkylphosphates containing 10-20 carbon atoms in alkyl and a mixture of polyethylene glycol esters of primary aliphatic alcohol of C10- C18-fraction with an average hydroxyethylation degree 8-10 0.5-2.0; 1,5- or 1,8-anthraquinonedisulfonate sodium 0.5-3.0, and water up to 1 l. Whitening degree for viscose-staple fabric is 81.0-82.1%, for cotton-syblon fabric is 80.3-83.6%. Whitening stability after fabric scalding for 1 h is 0.5-1.5%. Stability of peroxide solution on the basis of hydrogen peroxide quantity in fabric after impregnation and scalding for 15 min is 34-48%. EFFECT: enhanced quality of composition. 1 tbl
