FIELD: railway building. SUBSTANCE: cross-member has beam made up of three hinge-connected parts 1,2 and 3. Fitted on free ends of parts 1 and 2 are frames 8 installed for turning in horizontal and vertical planes and arranged across cross-member, and also rail-carrying grips 10 and 11. Frames 8 are connected with beam middle part 3 through spring compensators 15 and equal-length flexible rods 16 arranged at equal distances from longitudinal plane of symmetry of beam and connected with working length adjusting mechanisms of rods. At least one extreme part 2 of beam is telescopic. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 4 cl, 6 dwg
