FIELD: intake of oil from water surface. SUBSTANCE: oil intake device is made in form of light plate gate 1 with flexible member 2 capable of moving and turning in its plane over many-roller guides 3 and 4 fastened by means of bars 3 to strip 5 and protective casing 6 which is connected with oil receiving trough for turning by means of wind wane connected to bracket 14 and fastener 11 of casing in central part. Made in gate middle part is recess 7 closed with strip-case and accommodating head of axle 9 rigidly secured to fastener 11. Flat streamlined floats are attached with their axles to gate 1 and installed for regulation of their position relative to axis.
