FIELD: environment control technology. SUBSTANCE: device has rotating drums with drive units, scraper system, pump, oil collector with double walls and bottoms. Drums are made with double walls and corrugated outer surface in the form of alternating protrusions and recesses. Scraper system is made up of spring-biased scrapers made in the form of lips and intended for removing oil from surface of drum protrusions, and in the form of pans intended for removing oil from surface of recesses and receiving accumulated oil and finally discharging it into oil collector. Scrapers at one end are rigidly connected to frame and by their other end they are pressed against outer surface of drums. Device is provided with system of delivery and transfer of cooling agent and heat-carrying agent in space between double walls of drums and oil collector. Design of device is adapted for efficient collection of petroleum impurities from water surfaces at any temperature of ambient medium. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg , 1 tbl
